Any written Public Adjuster Contract controls the professional relationship and will supersede inconsistent website statements concerning the specific engagement.

The exact scope of services, duties, compensation, cancellation rights, and other engagement terms are established by the written Public Adjuster Contract—not by this website.

Empire Claims may decline any inquiry or potential engagement in its discretion, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.

6. No Guarantee of Coverage or Results

Claim results depend on many factors outside our control, including policy language, exclusions, deductibles, damage evidence, cause of loss, claim history, carrier decisions, expert findings, legal deadlines, and applicable law.

Testimonials, examples, case descriptions, or prior results do not guarantee or predict the outcome of another matter.

7. Forms, Documents, and Communications
